Copyright & Artwork Usage

Every piece of artwork offered through Male3D.com is an original work of art created by Orlando Burgos and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The purchase of an original painting, ACEO card, bookmark, or any other artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist unless expressly transferred in a signed written agreement.

No implied license is granted through the purchase, exhibition, or possession of any artwork. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the artist.

What You May Do

Collectors are welcome to:

Display the original artwork in their home, office, or personal collection.
Resell or gift the original physical artwork.
Share photographs of the original artwork on personal, non-commercial social media, provided the artwork is not altered, and credit is given to Male3D.com or Orlando Burgos whenever reasonably possible.

What You May Not Do

Without the artist's prior written permission, you may not:

Scan, photograph, digitize, or otherwise reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes.
Make or sell prints, posters, canvas reproductions, postcards, greeting cards, calendars, stickers, apparel, home décor, merchandise, or products featuring the artwork.
Use the artwork for book covers, magazines, newspapers, websites, blogs, advertisements, marketing materials, packaging, album covers, product labels, or promotional materials.
Publish or reproduce the artwork in print or digital publications.
Use the artwork in television, film, streaming media, videos, games, mobile applications, or other multimedia projects.
License, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the artwork or its image.
Create derivative works, adaptations, modifications, or altered versions of the artwork.
Use the artwork for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, image generation, dataset creation, model training, or any similar automated technology.
Mint the artwork as NFTs or use it in blockchain-based projects.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, signature, watermark, certificate, or identifying mark.
Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form without written authorization.

Licensing

Commercial licensing may be available for select artwork.

Any commercial, editorial, publishing, advertising, merchandising, promotional, or licensing use requires a separate written agreement signed by the artist.

The purchase of an original artwork does not include reproduction, publishing, licensing, or commercial usage rights.

Copyright Notice

All artwork displayed on Male3D.com, including original paintings, ACEO cards, bookmarks, photographs, product images, logos, graphics, website content, and related materials, is the intellectual property of Orlando Burgos unless otherwise noted.

No artwork may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, transmitted, displayed for commercial purposes, or used in any manner beyond the limited rights described above without the prior written permission of the artist.

Unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
