Please review your order carefully before submitting — cancellation requests may not be accommodated after an order is accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs and import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from those in physical stores or third-party retailers. Promotional pricing is governed by separate terms; in the event of a conflict, the promotion terms will govern.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Male3D's names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Male3D or its affiliates and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's name and marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools through the Services. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement of any kind. We have no control over and assume no liability for third-party tools. Your use of any optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms of the relevant third-party provider before use.

Male3D is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Male3D. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Male3D, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Male3D.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read these policies.

14.3 We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses or interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in all HTTP/HTTPS requests by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or disguise that interactions are from an Agent, including by mimicking human behavior or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block or limit Agent access.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MALE3D, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Male3D, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, though failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You agree to cooperate in the defense of any indemnified claim.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Male3D regarding your use of the Services, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written. Ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Male3D is headquartered. You and Male3D consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the applicable federal and state courts in that jurisdiction.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
