Refund policy

Because each Male3D artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind work, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Please review all product photographs, measurements, materials, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
• A brief description of the damage

Please keep the artwork and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after all applicable claim or return requirements have been completed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the order arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Lost Packages If tracking shows your package is delayed or missing, contact us through our Contact page. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation.
