About the Artwork
What makes Male3D artwork unique?
Every piece of artwork is an original creation handcrafted by Orlando Burgos. Each painting combines traditional acrylic painting with sculpted three-dimensional elements to create artwork that extends beyond the surface of the wood panel. No molds, AI-generated artwork, or mass production are used.
Is every artwork an original?
Yes.
Every painting, ACEO card, and bookmark sold through Male3D.com is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. Once sold, it will never be recreated or reproduced as another original.
Are the 3D elements securely attached?
Yes.
The sculpted elements are permanently integrated into each artwork using professional-quality materials and are designed to last for many years with normal display and care.
What materials do you use?
Depending on the artwork, materials may include:
- Acrylic paint
- Professional sculpting materials
- Wooden cradled panels
- Paper or cardstock surfaces for ACEO cards
- Wood surfaces for bookmarks
- Protective finishes when appropriate

Is the artwork suitable for display?
Absolutely.
Male3D artwork is designed for collectors and is suitable for display in homes, offices, studios, galleries, and private collections.
Ordering
Is the artwork shown the exact piece I will receive?
Yes.
The photographs shown on each product page are of the exact original artwork you will receive.
Can I reserve a painting?
Because every artwork is one of a kind, items remain available until purchased. Reservations are generally not offered.
Do you accept custom commissions?
Not at this time.
The current focus is creating original collections for Male3D.com. Custom commissions may become available in the future.
Will sold artwork ever be recreated?
No.
Once an original artwork has been sold, it remains unique. While future artwork may explore similar themes or subjects, no original piece will be duplicated.
Shipping
How is my artwork packaged?
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping.
Depending on the item purchased, your package may include:
- Protective packaging
- Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable)
- Business card
- Thank-you note
Original paintings receive additional protective packaging due to their sculpted three-dimensional elements.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may become available in the future.
Current shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.
Is my package insured?
Yes.
Eligible shipments include shipping insurance for protection during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Will the shipping box reveal what's inside?
No.
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no images or wording that identify the nature of the artwork inside. Your privacy is important to us.
How long will shipping take?
Processing and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout.
Certificate of Authenticity
Does my painting include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes.
Original paintings include a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Other original items may also include one when indicated on the product page.
Why is a Certificate of Authenticity important?
A Certificate of Authenticity confirms that your artwork is a genuine Male3D original. It also provides valuable information about the artwork for collectors and future ownership.
Can I replace a lost Certificate of Authenticity?
Replacement requests are reviewed individually.
Because certificates help verify authenticity, proof of ownership may be required before a replacement can be issued.
Copyright
Do I own the copyright after purchasing the artwork?
No.
Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless specifically transferred in writing.
Can I make prints or copies of the artwork?
No.
The artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, or commercially used without the artist's written permission.
Can I share photos of my artwork on social media?
Absolutely.
Collectors are welcome to share photographs of their artwork on personal social media. Crediting Male3D.com or the artist is always appreciated.
Care & Display
How should I care for my artwork?
To help preserve your artwork:
- Display it indoors.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
- Keep it away from excessive moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Dust gently using a soft, dry cloth.
Can the sculpted portions be touched?
Although the artwork is durable, it should be treated as fine art.
Avoid unnecessary handling of the sculpted areas to help preserve their appearance.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Insurance Policy for complete details.
Because every artwork is an original creation, return policies may differ from those of mass-produced products.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within the timeframe listed in our Shipping Policy and include photographs of:
- The artwork
- The packaging
- The shipping box
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The Artist
Who creates the artwork?
Every piece sold through Male3D.com is personally created by artist Orlando Burgos.
From the initial sketch to the final sculpted details, every step of the creative process is completed entirely by hand.
Do you use AI to create the artwork?
No.
The artwork itself is completely handcrafted by the artist.
Artificial intelligence may occasionally be used to assist with website graphics, promotional materials, or marketing content, but never to create or replace the original artwork sold through Male3D.

Male3D is proudly based in Indiana, USA.
Collecting
Why are your prices higher than printed artwork?
Each piece is an original work of art created entirely by hand. Unlike printed reproductions or mass-produced décor, every artwork requires hours of painting, sculpting, detailing, finishing, and careful packaging.
When you purchase from Male3D, you're acquiring the only original that will ever exist—not a reproduction.
Why should I buy an original instead of a print?
An original artwork contains the artist's actual brushstrokes, sculpted details, textures, and handcrafted character that simply cannot be duplicated by a printer.
Every original is unique and carries the artist's personal craftsmanship, making it a collectible piece of art rather than a mass-produced reproduction.
