At Male3D, every original artwork is personally packaged by the artist with the same care and attention that went into creating it. Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Privacy & Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. The Male3D name and the nature of the artwork are not displayed on the exterior of the package.

Shipping Within the United States

All original artwork ships free within the United States, regardless of product type.

Original Paintings — FREE SHIPPING. Each painting is carefully wrapped, cushioned, and packed in a sturdy box (approx. 15.7 × 11.8 × 3.1 inches). Your collector package includes:

Original ACEO Cards — FREE SHIPPING. Each ACEO card is protected in a rigid sleeve and shipped in a compact box (approx. 6 × 6 × 2 inches). Includes:

  • Professional protective packaging

Original Bookmarks — FREE SHIPPING. Each wooden bookmark is wrapped to preserve the hand-painted surface and tassel. Includes:

  • Professional protective packaging

International Orders

International availability, shipping rates, customs duties, import taxes, and delivery times vary by destination. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation that we ship to your country.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing time may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays, as every piece is individually inspected and packaged by the artist.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using a trusted carrier selected based on package size, destination, service availability, and insurance requirements. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Insurance

Original paintings are shipped with insurance for the full purchase value of the artwork. Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your order and confirmed it arrived safely.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

Contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the artwork
  • Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Please keep the artwork and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. We will guide you through the next steps.

Lost Packages If tracking shows your package is delayed or missing, contact us through our Contact page. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation. Carrier investigations and insurance claims may require additional time to resolve.
