At Male3D, every original artwork is personally packaged by the artist with the same care and attention that went into creating it. From the moment your artwork leaves the studio until it reaches your door, every effort is made to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Each shipment is prepared to provide collectors with a premium unboxing experience while offering the protection that original, one-of-a-kind artwork deserves.

Privacy & Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. The Male3D name and the nature of the artwork are not displayed on the exterior of the package.

Shipping Within the United States

Male3D currently offers FREE standard shipping within the United States on all original artwork — paintings, ACEO cards, and bookmarks.

Original Paintings — Small Format (4.6" × 6.6" and 8" × 10")

Free standard shipping.

Each small-format original painting is carefully packaged by the artist in a rigid mailer box with protective padding material.

Your collector package includes:

  • The original handcrafted painting
  • Artist label affixed to the back of the painting with artwork and artist information
  • Mini Certificate of Authenticity
  • Personalized thank-you note
  • Male3D business card

Original Paintings — Large Format (9" × 12" and 11" × 14")

Free standard shipping.

Each large-format original painting is carefully wrapped, cushioned, and packed in a sturdy shipping box sized for the artwork. A typical painting package measures approximately 15.7 × 11.8 × 3.1 inches.

Your collector package includes:

  • Artist label affixed to the back of the painting with artwork and artist information

Original ACEO Cards

Free standard shipping.

Each original ACEO card is carefully packaged by the artist in a black padded bubble mailer envelope (4×8", usable size 4×7").

Your order includes USPS tracking, and higher-value purchases may receive additional shipping insurance.

Original Bookmarks

Free standard shipping.

Each original wooden bookmark is protected to preserve the hand-painted surface and tassel, then placed in a compact shipping box.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Because every piece is individually inspected and packaged by the artist, processing time may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using a trusted carrier selected according to the package size, destination, service availability, and insurance requirements. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Insurance

Original paintings are shipped with insurance for the purchase value of the artwork. Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your order and confirmed that it arrived safely.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

Please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the artwork
  • Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

Please keep the artwork and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. We will guide you through the next steps.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed or missing, contact us through our Contact page. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation. Carrier investigations and insurance claims may require additional time to resolve.

Returns

Because each Male3D artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind work, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Please review product photographs, measurements, materials, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the applicable claim or return requirements have been completed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except when the order arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
